3. ### Candidate Search
   
   We search for potentially relevant candidates based on the requirement.
4. ### Screening and Shortlisting
   
   Available profile information is reviewed against the role requirements.
5. ### Candidate Profiles Shared
   
   Relevant shortlisted profiles are shared for your review.
6. ### Interview Process
   
   You evaluate candidates through your interview process, with recruitment coordination where agreed.
7. ### Hiring
   
   You make the final hiring decision and confirm the employment terms with the selected candidate.
